Today was a good day for British convertibles.

I also saw a black XKR and a navy XK, but didn’t have the chance to get photos of either.

I don’t know why it seems that no one bought/buys hardtop XKs and F-Types.

We have an Oppo who has a hardtop F-Type. I also know a person who has one.

Oh, duh, of course. I couldn’t remember if that was a hardtop or convertible.

I’ve never actually seen a hardtop F-Type in person outside of dealer lots.

As someone who excessively searches used listings for XKs and XK8s, it seems like nobody really bought the hardtops (especially the XK8, which are sort of like unicorns).

Funnily enough, I see way more coupe F-Types than convertibles in my area. Same with the second-gen XK, although strangely the first gen is more common as a convertible.
